Delivery times may vary dependant on supplier and carriage company, please see individual item descriptions for delivery times
Orders received for multiple items may be delivered in separate packages dependant on supplier and carriage co
Please bear in mind, most deliveries will require a signature
Multiple purchases may qualify for postage discounts, although this is again dependant on supplier, please contact us if you are interested in purchasing multiple products prior to checkout to see if this is possible and we will arrange a discount code
RETURNS/CANCELLATIONS
If you wish to cancel your order:
(a) you can notify us by email to stella5uk@blueyonder.co.uk before we have dispatched the goods to you; or
(b) where goods have already been dispatched to you, by returning goods to us in accordance with our returns policy as stated below
At Stella5.co.uk we strive to ensure that every product reaches you in perfect condition, however if you require an exchange or refund for any reason please email us within 3 days of receiving your item and we will be pleased to give details on how to go about this, provided that you return them to us in their original condition and packaging, unworn and unwashed, with all labels intact.
Please ensure that briefs/thongs/swimwear etc are tried on over your own underwear. We reserve the right to refuse returns of items where it is apparent that this has not been done.
